Default Blackline leak maybe?

Today I was cleaning the bike up and noticed a small amount of fluid on the frame directly below and slightly behind the primary cover. I crawled under there to see what I could find and all I noticed was a overflow tube. At first I thought it was for the battery but I traced it all the way up and its simply the vent tube for the gas tank. Plus, it dawned on me that I have a sealed battery.
Anyways, I dabbed a little on my fingers and it isn't gas. Didn't really smell like oil either but did have the same consistency. Ran my hand up behind the primary and felt no wet or slick spots but I am baffled by this one.
Does the transmission or primary have a vent that I missed that might be the culprit? I'm wondering if perhaps they overfilled from the factory and it is venting off?
As always, any help or input is appreciated!

is it the one that kind of drips onto the belt? I thought that was for the battery.

Thats the one.
I followed it up and it is appears to be a gas tank vent. As far as I know the battery is sealed and doesn't have a vent hose. I would like to figure out where in the crap the fluid came from though cause I been all over the floor looking at the bottom and can't find a likely source.
I'd really like to avoid a repeat since whatever it was discolored the denim paint on the frame which had me searching every inch of brakeline and fittings since brake fluid is notorious for eating paint. Fortunately no problem was found but still left scratching my head.

Sounds like brake fluid. But that is a strange place for it ...

New bike under warranty....I would take it right in to the dealer and let them scratch their heads about it.

The gas tank vents are there. It is most likely gasoline. When gas from a cold gas storage tank goes into a warm biek thsi happens occasionally. But since you have warranty take it in.

Thanks guys!
Since the warranty is good for several more years I'm gonna watch to see if it happens again, and if it does then take it in. In the meantime, I am going to extend the vent line so it is between and slightly below the shocks so any further mess will simply fall onto the floor.
