Leave them on......HD finally got it right by putting the traditional emblem back on instead of the metric graphic and logo on the 07-09's.
I have been riding since 1965 but I have only been riding Harleys since 2008 and maybe I need an education. So you think the 2011 chrome emblems look good and this was the way Harley tanks were done in the past ? Coming from a Jap bike backround I thought the emblems looked like something off of a metric cruiser and that the painted tank logos seemed more Harley like to me. Maybe the tank might look better with no logo ?
