Default Softail bagger, bag guards??

Can you put the twin rail Electra glide style saddle bag guards on the Softail?
Or am I just stuck with the style that go in front of the bags?

You should the bags for softails are the same bags that go on the touring bikes if anything you might just need to drill holes to mount them.

Hmmmm... Not sure I follow...
I got Electra glide bags...
With the Softail bagger tail type kit on my bike...
Frames will be different...
My bike Is a frankenstien of styles and types...
I like the twin rails around the bags... But would settle for the bars the guys in the cholo west coast style are running...

But my real next move this weekend, is to make my bike not, glow in the dark...
There must be 50 reflectors on it right now

Nope, they won't fit. No mounting holes will line up, and I refuse to drill thru painted parts. especially when there will be no frame to attach to.

The frames on the bikes are too far different.

heck, I can't even find the front pars that will fit properly with the hard bags on the wifes Deluxe...I'd love to find those.

I have after market hard bags on my heritage and the HD bag guards fit no problem. The bags used the mounting brackets from the leather bags. There is a relocation kit needed for the install of the bag guards. Here is a pic
