Ive got a 2in drop in the front that I dont notice too much, Ive got the 2 in drop in the back off of a set of the Ultima shocks from Eastern which is a shock with an extension kit (stock shocks dont drop well with the extensions). It has adjustable pre-load and I dont remember how may turns I set it at but its pretty stiff. You dont realy notice it till you hit a hole or recessed sewer cover but I left it like that for riding two up.
Almost bit my tounge off last summer on a pot hole I didnt see.
If you want your bike to have a slant do the back and not the front, I did both and ended up stock on the angle which doesn't look as good to me although it is way better handling.
Full amount spent $230 Would love a shotgun but you got to pay to play I guess...
Hey SoCal, that is one nice ride. Looks more East Coast than West. I know you come from the East. How long have you been in SoCal ?
Thank you, brotha. Tried to take the best of both coasts and combine them into one bike.
I've been pretty much raised out here in SoCal. Moved out here when I was 10 so it's been 30 years out here. I still have fam in Freehold NJ. My first memories are of Yankee Stadium, Giants Stadium and MSG so I still consider myself an east sider first. Then I guess my bike is too!
I love seeing your pics with the backgrounds. Keeps me grounded out here. Hahaha!!!!!

I LOVE THIS MOD!!!! I went all out and did the same set-up as Drews. I too have the ShotGun in back with the Progressives up front dropped 1 inch. I set mine pretty firm in the back ( I like a HardTail ) and ride her pretty low. I slam her at all stops. The front end is very responsive and stiffer. At first I didnt know if i liked feeling all the bumps in the road, but damn do i love it now!!! Be warned about the firmness up front. Some don't like it. But as I said before, (as well as JoJo, Scheers, Story, and Jim) its one of the best if not THE best mod Ive done so far!
