I have a Corbin dual touring saddle from an 05 Heritage and I want to use it on my 1996 Fatboy. The contour of the seat fits perfectly but the metal tongue is in the wrong place. The plastic seat pan would need to be reworked and the tongue needs to be moved. Is it possible? Can anyone recommend a good seat maker who can do the work?
Did you try calling Corbin?
Perhaps they can refit it with a newer seat pan.
It can't hurt or cost you anything to call and ask.
Besides if they can do it and the price isn't too extreme I would think it would be best to have the original manufacturer re-do your seat.
