'07 Deluxe Pillion Question
Hey all. Newest Deluxe owner here and I have a few questions about the pillion seat. We do a lot of 2 up riding and we got the sissy bar and upgraded pillion seat but the darn thing seems to have my passenger sliding forward all the time and she feels like there is nothing to hold on to. Any suggestions for a more "secure" and comfortable ride. I have looked at Corbin and Mustang and ultimately may have to go that route but I though I would pose it to the experts first! I woud look at the Reach Seat and Sundowner for the Deluxe from your local H-D dealer first. I have the reach on my wifes bike, and while she does not ride 2 up, it look to be the same as my Fat Boy was. Its a one piece seat, and has a grab strap. Looks wider than the pillion pad also. As for sliding forward, I don't know if this will fix it, but it may be worth looking at.

I have an 05 Deluxe. My wife hated the pillion. Got the sundowner seat, she loves it. HD quick detach sissy complements the package. No more problems. Seat is more comfortable for me too, and I got it at a local dealer 20% off sale.
