New York as in State or New York as in City?

When I lived in Manhattan, there were 3 official dealers I knew of. As far as I know only 2 of those still exist or at least I found their websites. One in Long Island (just across the river from Manhattan, guess you can get to it by subway) and one on Staten Island, a shortish walk from the Staten Island Ferry terminal. (That is the one where I bought my FXRs from in 1991. Nice people to deal with, family run business - didn't really like the one on Long Island, too much geared towards yuppies)

There is also a HD store in Manhattan which is only clothing, no parts, and they are an outlet from the one on Long Island.

Maybe someone living in/near NYC has more or better info?

Here are the websites. Easiest for your BIL to call them and ask, they might know where to get the easy brackets?

The one in Staten Island:

The one in Long Island

Hope for you they got the part you are looking for in stock.

Why not call Easy Brackets and ask? Their phone number is on their site: 866-521-3024

They also have a "contact us" link on the site.

Do you have the part# of the bracket you need?

I'm pretty sure NYC Harley in Long Island City deals with Easy Brackets.

I could give them a call if you give me the part #.

Well, called them and it's not something they stock. They may be able to order it and it takes 3 to 5 days to get in.
