I couldn't do yellow it's too much for me, but for that price you could get a custom painted and still be getting a good deal?

I was in the same boat kind of too. I wanted a dark blue or the white and blue. Mine was a left over and no blues left and the 2010 white/ blue was to purple so I went with the red which I like but not my first choice.

There's your answer to color dilemma & best advice. Take the discount, sell/swap the tins & get a sweet custom paint...make it the bike you want.

Im guessing they are having hard time selling it due to the color..should i take the deal or just get a 2012 for full msrp.. having a major hard time with this

Any thoughts.??
Exactly how I ended up with my Road King! I made a quick stop to pick up some chrome whatever for my Sporty, salesman passed a wise crack about when I would be ready to "step up", half hour later I owned a Road King! Their leftover was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Black Road King with nothing except cruise. I bargained for an "out the door" price (told him to figure it out - bike, prep, taxes, EVERYTHING). When he hit me with the price I was astounded. TAKE THE DEAL!!! You have forever to make it your bike!!

Happy Hunting!!

I have taken deals like that before and it always said i love the bike or whatever only if it wasnt yellow so i would prolly take the deal but do the tin trade or custom paint at the dealer actually I think someone here had a set of black tins forsale a few days ago .

In would take the deal too. Painting a bike is easy, and you will have exactly what you want. I like the yellow, if you want i can trade you new vivid black tins off of a 2010 with 500 miles.

Default mii too

I happen to like the chrome yellow on the FB, but even if i didn't, i would take the deal, for reasons previously stated. Folks are asking, not necessarily getting, just as much for second hand bikes 4 and 5 years old. JMHO, but good luck in your quest!! Paul

Man it doesn't get any better than that.........you get $3200 off the bike and you've already got someone to trade for Black tins.........."What a Country" LOL!

Take yellow out in the sunlight, and let the metallic candy clear come out and sparkle...

If I were you, it would already be in the garage.
