anyone out there over 6'2" ride an 07 softain custom? How do controls feel? How comfortable is stock seat? How about 2 up riding? Thanks.

 

I'm 6'3" with a 36" inseam and installed 3" forward controls on my '06 Softail Standard...much better. 2-up 'aint bad, and I bet the '07 custom seat is more butt-friendly than the badlander I have on my bike.

 

I'm just shy of 6' with a 32" inseam. The FXSTC seat is a very thick cushy seat, you sit high and forward. It fits me perfectly. You might find it a bit cramped without some form of peg extenders. I had to pull the bars back about 2 inches for a comfortable reach.

 

I have an '05 Deluxe, and HATED the riding position of the factory seat! I am 6'1" and I installed the Harley Tallboy seat a month after getting the bike. It's the best thing I ever did! It moved me back 2 inches and up 2 inches. Now I am really comfortable, even on long trips. I have sat on many of my friends bikes, but for me the way I have my Deluxe set up is the most comfortable.
