i got an 05 fatboy this summer with low miles and almost completely blacked out. i am now looking at doing some more customizing as it sits in the garage this winter. i would like to make it more "mine" with some add ons. i like the rough blackedout bobber ... just strictly bad@$$ look ... i need an old school touch ... any ideas?
You could lower it in the rear about an inch and add a black bezel on the head light.
It looks fine the way it is, so you should just ride and enjoy it.

hahaha i got a little of both ... money and imagination. Just really was hoping to get some ideas that are not "main stream" ones. i like the wrapped pipes and thought about putting bobbed fenders on it but i don't know. Hell i might not even do anything to it just wanted to hear some suggestions. I tell you what though ... this being my first harley ... there is no going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well you asked for it so here go's.
Apes, alloy art rear signals, open primary, spoked wheels, lapara barebones seat, drag pipes.
All black of course.
Thats just some ideas off the top of my head there's more.
But of course you've got to do what you see in your head.
good luck wid it.
Hope you got deep pockets, lol.
Almost forgot, I just got an open primary too. Here it is without the cover, and with. I just ordered some chrome covers that only cover the pulleys as well. We'll see how they look when they get there. The dry clutch on my Primo is far smoother than my stock clutch ever was. It also holds up to my build much better as it has a stiffer clutch spring.
