Call Leonard at D&D and see what he says. I'd think a big boar baffle on a 110 for sure if not a big boar pipe. Is it going to be 110 displacement too, or just the heads?

I would stick with the standard baffle and Fatcat. Some use the Fatcat on builds up to 117 and find it works great. Do a search and you will find many different opinions. Good Luck

yes 110 inch big bore drew,im looking for the loud deep sound, but dont want it to sound like the old glasspack mufflers on cars, will the standerd baffle let enough exhaust out/getting fueling camchest kit with 574 reaper cams, head work and 110 in bb kit

I asked this question of the folks at D&D a couple of weeks ago. I gave them my specs (see signature) and they advised me to go with the Big Boar baffle.
