Advice on 103" Build!!!!!!
With my 2010 Fatboy Lo, I went with the 103 bore, 10.5:1 compression, SE259 E cams, manual compression releases, and no head work other than new valve springs. I already had a D&D Fatcat, SE A/C, and PCV. My dyno guy also really likes the TTS.
My dyno numbers are 111.18hp and 116.94tq.
After the build my clutch was slipping in higher RPM's in 4, 5, & 6 so I added an AIM variable Pressure Plate VP92T and it solved the slipping problem. I did not want to go with the stiffer spring as I did not want a harder clutch level pull. With the AIM the clutch pull is easier than stock.
I do not feel the 259E cams come on later as mentioned above. Mine seems to come on just after 2000 RPM and pull hard to redline, 6200 RPM's
Here is a copy of my dyno sheet.
Good luck with your build.

NorCalFBLO, that is a very nice Dyno sheet!!!!. Very close to what I hope to achieve!!! Looks to me that the HD 103" stage 4 kit might be the way to go!!!.....I have a Harley Mechanic that seems to be very confident with this kit, but he prefers the TTS Master Tuner to the Sert. I wonder if I can order the stage 4 kit with out the SE Tuner?????
