It's just a piece of allthread and some chrome nuts and a chrome sleeve. I probably could have found it all locally, but wouldn't have saved any money, so I got it there.
It looks great. I think a chrome engine bar would look great on it as well
I've been looking at a couple different bars. I have the Kuryakyn Mark III's on the footboards now that I really like. This is the bar that's my current favorite:
It's called Phantom. I've never seen one in person on a bike though.
