Mine is inside the headlight bucket right now, but I have the "freight train" nacelle. I have seen a couple bikes that had them on the crossbar between the down tubes and mounted in the rear by the splash pan. One of the coolest ones I saw (on this forum) was a guy who mounted his stock horn under the fuel tank with a simple "L" bracket. That one only works with a carburetor apparently. The EFI doesn't allow the same amount of room.
the moco has a new black "high decible" stock sporty horn. im thinking about mounting to the down tubes. doesnt look like it would be difficult.
its easy all the newer sporties have them mounted there but its ugly and its sounds like a jap car horn.no thanks i like the domestic car horn that came stock on my bike just didnt like it under the cowbell
