the proper way to remove them is to swap the whole thing out for a chrome front end...end of story

Yah i wish mine just popped right off.......................unfortunatly it doesnt work that way on everyones.

add: swap out for Chrome? you mean black!

Yea I want to eventually swap mine out for chrome, however, there is just so much stuff I want to do in the meantime!

after reading this post i went out with a piece of rubber for a scratch guard and a bent screw driver to pry with....first reflector broke a couple times but still easy to get off, second one came off in one piece and it was the easiest one to pry off. its a few degrees below freezing here right now so the sticky tape just rolled right off leaving nothing behind

Best thing to do is take a hammer, smash them off, then use a grinder to get what you missed. By this point, you will notice that your forks are toast, so then off to the shop you go for a nice set of chrome ones. Your wife will understand, since obviously you cant keep driving with the old ones. The fishing line, hair drier, and wd-40 will also work. Personally, I pulled mine off by hand but the fishing line would probably be faster...
