It hit the fan for me 10 years ago and I am just now getting back on my feet and I finally have another scooter. I know and feel your pain Dude, it's a rough road to haul. I also have to say unless you been through it you have no idea what it's like getting wiped out. As for the bike, if it's paid for sell it to a friend for 100 buck's, that is of course if you trust this freind to the end!! They can't do a thing to you for doing so either! I had a buddy that got divorced about 5 years ago and he managed to keep a car that was valued at close to 80k. He moved and had the lack of sense to have his ex sell it for him and send him the money. She sold the car for 10 bucks and sent him the money!!! Perfectly legal, he couldn't do a thing about it!! Moral to this story, when going through something like this, trust no one you would not trust your life too. Lawyers, all of them are just going to line up and try to get a little piece of you as soon as they can. Lawyers don't make money when your happy, remember that! Good luck Dude and take it from me, it does get better and it does get eisier too, one day at a time!!!
