Motown, is that kury base adjustable/twist clock-counter clockwise as far as viewing angle for phone or does it only point in a fixed position?

 

The ring that mounts to the handle bars has a hole through it. The mounting plate has a post sticking off the back that goes into the hole on the ring. You can rotate the mounting plate 360deg about the pivot point and tighten the thumbscrew where ever you like it best.

That being said Kury also has a new model with a ball and socket pivot that will give you A&B axis adjustment (rotation about the sphere) This mount is a little bigger and busier so I went with this one because where my bars come out of the risers I have a nice horizontal area for mounting.
