He fled the scene of the first accident, he was about a mile away from the first accident then ran into us from behind. He didn't go back to the original accident. The police were already called because of the first accident and got to our accident within minutes. The cops didn't mess around with the driver. They took him pretty quickly. I think they took him faster than they put us in the ambulance.
