Thinking about making my bike a two tone. Let me know which you prefer more. This a damaged tank the same red as mine so willing to play with other ideas as well. Fender will get matching scheme when done.
what's it going on, there is only a few two tones that I like. IMO there don't look right on all bikes.
Yeah that info may help you guys. It is going on my 06 fatboy with RK custom bags and detachable fairing. I use the fairing when cold or on a long trip. Not sure why I can not upload any pics this AM so here is a link to photobucket.
The firefighter special edition crest is cool. My preference would be to have the black top and red sides, but the way that tank is done, I like the transformation from one side to the other.
Having the red centre would mean your fenders would be black outside and red in the centre to be consistant with that scheme. I see where you are going with it though, because it would tie in your bags and fairing to the paint which is a great idea.
