Are you set on the 2-tone red/black? Have you thought of an image you like instead? Take a look at my tank/fenders. That some art work I created then sent off to a painter. If you are interested doing something like this, IM me and we will chat.

Every single bike I have ever owned all the way back to the 70's has either been black or red so I may sound biased. I do have some art in my back ground so the red on top will make your bike look a little bit longer and the black on the sides would make any chrome you have or put on in the future pop very well.
not about what we like, what do you like? it is your bike and you'll be looking at it a whole lot more than anybody here. just make yourself happy. even if its pink top with blue/orange bottom. its yours. (I don't suggest that scheme, though!!)

While I agree 100% I am torn between the two options. I like both a lot and am having a hard time making up my mind. It will be flat black and gloss red though.
