Kuryakyn curved with LED plate light, pc'd it black. Swingarm mount, on the right side because I'm running a swingarm bag on the left. Hers the only close up pic I can find of it.

I'm running the same as John above. Tied mine into the running lights. Before that, I had made a side plate mount that bolted to the rear foot peg mount.

I don't know what kind I have, but it has a red light that comes on with the brakes and a white light that lights up the tag. It came with the bike when I bought it.

What Chuck said, tied into running lights. Ran the wire along the backside of the swingarm, up under the seat, tied to the blue? wire I think, or purple? maybe? I can't remember, gettin old.

Had a buddy who knows how to weld make my axle-mount. Simple but it does the job. I had him use a thick enough gauge to replace that 3mm spacer on the left side. You can buy something similar on eBay for like $30. There are some plate mounting bolts that have LEDs in them to light your plate, as well, for like $10/pr. I wanna get some of those, too, but have yet to pull the trigger.

Yeah I was thinking about making my own or buying one of the $30 one off of eBay and then having it chromed, but most of the chrome places I have called have a $60 min or so. So I am thinking it might be cheaper to just buy a Kuryakyn one other than the make you buy the swing arm mount sepertly for an extra $35 or so.

Is there a side mount that can use the existing brackets for the belt cover. I removed my belt cover and was gonna shave the mounts off the frame but thought they would work great for a side mount. Before I try to make one is there a aftermarket one that already bolts up?
