Couldn't tell you about the speed cradle, but the weekday will sit you about an inch lower and 1 1/2 to 2" back. Weekday is by far the best mod I have done to date. I also have the riders gel.
I have the Weekday with gel insert.
I won it on ebay for $300+$25 for shipping.
I was ready to pay around $700 ordering direct. I wanted blue leather and Sherry said they didn't have a blue that would compliment the blue of the bike.
I searched and found this forum from a thread talking about getting the seat from sterlingseatsinc, a seller on ebay.
You sit lower and farther back than the stock seat.
I just ordered the weekday seat with gel and pacific blue flame stitching to match my bike from sterling seat company off of ebay. Will comment once it comes in and I get it installed.
If you're replacing the stock seat with that Danny Gray, you're going to be very happy with the purchase.
sterlingseatsinc includes two 3M clear film fender protector sheets.
Once installed, the clear film is barely noticeable.
To add to being very happy with it, the seat changes your position to where you sit "in the bike" instead of on top of it. It also makes it to where the pressure is on your butt instead of your thighs and it actually makes you sit slightly reclined. It is by far more comfortable than the stock rocker c seat
Does the fender bump the seat regularly and that is the reason for the 3m tape? Does the 3m tape have to be replaced overtime due to yellowing or just wearing through? I am kind of on the fence on the danny gray seat. I guess I need to run across someone local to me and sit on their bike.
