Its a oil cooler and a useless one at that. I had one on my Heritage
and it dropped the temp a whole 10 degrees. When I lowered the
front of my bike it dented the fender on both sides. i took it off and
threw it as far as I could!!
that is an oil cooler.. i have a buddy that ran a small machine shop in his garage about 10-15 years ago.. he said he had some company pay him to machine that model of cooler out of aluminum and then they would take them and package it up under what ever company name it was..he said he originally designed them..IDK, that is what he told me, he wasn't the BS'ing type, so maybe??
