I am fairly new at this point but I will welcome you to the forum. Enjoy your slim, if it is like mine every time you are stopped you will have to answer question how much they like it.
My slim is headed back to the dealer for some roland sands apes and some black vance and hines big radius this week. Any one rode the slim with apes? Salesman at the dealer said that they wouldnt be to much for me although I am a lil worried as I am a lil smaller framed than most riders. Maybe they wont be too high. Just ready to see it all complete. And hear the rumble....cause the stock hd pipes just aint cuttin it

Tell me about it, I'm in the same boat! Another few hundred before break in is done so I can bring it back to the dealer for my pipes. My buddy made fun of me yesterday, asked me if my bike was even on when we were ready to pull out.
What bags are those? Are they quick to detach? Internal frames? I'm looking for bags for longer trips but don't want to install any kind of frame on the bike. I want to be able to put em on and take em off quickly as I need to.
My wife is really showing some interests in the Slim, but she is dead set on having a 200 rear tire. Will a 200 fit with out changing the swing arm? Any input will be helpful.
Thx,
Billy
If shes dead set on getting a slim but need a 200mm tire why not just get a Fatboy?
