I was in the shop today. Fender and struts are ready for filling/sanding/painting. Here are a few pics I took with my smart phone (sorry for the poor quality):
I'm absolutely satisfied with the modifications. Only downside is the paint job which shows a clearly visible orange peel effect at both sides of the fender. Definitely something to discuss with the guys at the shop on Monday.
So far I have experienced no negative effects of the lowering kit that has been installed, but I think that I will raise the tail by 0.5 inches for a better look.
I used the last rays of sunshine today to take some quick shots. Hope you like the results as much as I do.
