Default Wide tire kit?

I have a 2005 Night train and I am looking to go with a 250 mm wide tire kit. My problem is im trying to be a tight wad. I know its a harley and they cost $$$ with everything you do with them. Ive looked at heartlander, and perfomance machine kits and they are just kinda pricey. I did find one made by Biker's Choice and it is cheaper because its not prefabricated. Id have to drill and the holes and stuff myself ( or the shop will have to ). I've never seen any reviews on them. If any of you have any opinions on that kit or know anyone who has used it please post it. Thanks

The fender was not drilled...but that was no biggie. The instructions are very basic and requires you are very familiar with dis-assembly and reassembly of the bike.
