Default cobra II headlight fit rocker
hey looking to buy cobra II bullett headlight was wondering if it comes with all hardware to mount on rocker

If it doesn't come with a mount, you will need to order one with the light.

For my current HeadWinds, I needed a new mount and bolts/washers/nuts to attach the mount to the lower tree and headlight to the mount.

It comes complete minus bolt. Its a nice light for the price.

I didnt have to purchase a separate mount for mine and just used the bolt from the stock housing. Also, the stock HD lamp fits in the Cobra housing.
