For those above that didnt understand let me go a lil further. This project was a new handlebar installation along with a delux auxillary lightbar. The torque on riser bushings is only 30-35 lbs which in itself should tell you theres a reason for that: to absorb vibration. Now at only 30-35 lb you will have a minimum amount of play, hardly noticable if it is a tall. Over the course of time theres a chance of developing squeaks because of the urethane. A little preventive maintenance at the install stage is well worth listening to someone from the old skewl. With that said I'm done trying to explain anything more on this topic.
