the engine braking is there but pipes just rumble insted of back firing snapping crakling popping. That famous fishtail sound
You WANT your bike to backfire? Back firing is not a "fishtail sound", it comes either from running too rich or from having an exhaust leak. Maybe your other pipes had an exhaust leak and that's why they backfired.
Most people that have backfiring look to solve the problem that is causing it. You actually want yours to sound like a poorly tuned bike?

I am not trying to make the bike backfire. I am just trying to get that sound fishtail sound out of my pipes. Anyone have samson mini cholos on a fuel injected bike that can help?

Oh, so you want it to "back fire", but you don't want it to backfire?
I don't know what you mean by "fishtail sound", but I ride with a couple guys that have fishtails and they don't make "back firing snapping crackling popping" noises. That kind of noise on decel generally indicates an exhaust leak or a poor tune.
Well heres the update. I bought a power commander. Had jamie at fuelmotousa send me a map.tried and tweaked the map in both directions. Rich and lean .i gotta to say it does sound better but its still not there. I think I am gonna have to get samson s-233 slip ons. It sucks cuzz I just bought some samson mini cholos and I am not getting the sound that I am looking for. jessica at samson tried to help as much as possible. Thx guys
I have the 39", just put a power commander and it definitely has the rumbly decel. Try a different fuel map. I used the one for stage 1 air cleaner, stock ecm, and vance and hines longshots. Sounds mean. Good luck
