Default Street Stalker

I was curious was the street stalker sold as a bike or kit? If so how was the kit sold? What years where they sold or made? I'm just wanting the history kinda. Where and why they came about?

Thank You
Ozzy

A body kit for FL Softails. Still can find whole kits on eBay infrequently. I think the front fender still has a part number in the HD catalog.

Guy who lives a town over from me has one. It's an interesting bike for sure, but I'm not into the look.

Ok, Thank you all for the replies i was just curious. kinda remind's me some what of the new slim. I actually like the chopper bobber look of these. The kinda integrated blinker's bobbed fender's wide front-end. I wonder if this didn't restart the bobber chopper craze!

Actually, the street stalker was sold in 1999 in a stage I, II or III kit. Only the stage III kit was painted- burgundy pearl. The stage I and II kit only came in primed or custom painted from factory. This is the one I just bought...
