I've done nothing but clean it and changed the fluids. The winter was so mild I have riden at least once a month this winter. Still looking into what to do next. Most of what I want is just too much $$ for now
Put on new Night Dragon tires. Decided to get the new wheels at the same time to save install costs. Then decided since I had the wheels off to put on the black rotors and a contrast cut pulley.
New girlfriend is asking for a more comfortable seat so I got the sundowner and the back rest. Not much else needed to be done so that was pretty much it this year. The sundowner will only be on when she is riding, not really loving that big honking seat but have to keep her happy.
Anyways...tins should be back any day now and hopefully the Samson duals arrive shortly for the final dyno tune from last summer's engine upgrades. Once my baby is home...toss on the new 'distressed black' Lepera Sanora seat (without studs) and see if I like to match some springer style boss bags...and yes probably with the bottom laces. After that, Motherwell solo rack and rest of the bling.
Anyways the sig says part of what is going on.
Here is the pic again of boss bags photoshopped on a tin mock up.

Man I really can't hold a candle to you guys, most of you went all out, wheels, paint engine work....some really bada$$ scoots out there way to go fellas. I just made a few cosmetic changes on my Luxe trying to go with a more retro look even removed my skinny 21'' and went back to my OG 16" front wheel, Samson fishtials, 36" wild 1 beach bars with magnum cables, chrome OEM HD controls, DNA rotors, pulley cover (thanks Malingerer) early OEM Heritage Springer bags for when I need to carry ****. Also got a LePara Bare bones seat but im not to happy with it, I keep going back to my OG Luxe seat. Im gonna try getting it recovered in leather with some extra padding see what happens. Also waiting on Heritage springer saddle bag guards and HS leather tour pack with rack for my long haul rides this summer. Next winter mods im planning on new wheels and a shotgun shock system, thats if I don't add a Heritage Springer to my stable... Time to ride...
