OFFICIAL 2012 Winter Mod Thread
Started with just relocating coil and horn. While I was rewiring those I revisited the rush job on my control cables and did a proper job. Powdercoated a handful of stuff. Then an "accidental purchase" of RSD rocker boxes, cam and derby cover, exhaust. Rear fender abd battery cover from Shadetree. Seat from Sully's custom seats. I figured while I was at it x-arc rear signals from high tech speed and a old black ford taillight for a custom side mount my brother in law whipped up with his water jet. I'll take some pics this weekend when it's all buttoned up.

Relatively dry but cold Winter here in the East Bay... been able to keep riding more often than not.
However, here's my list over the last few months:
Swapped V&H BSS out for a V&H Pro Pipe BP
Swapped my TMax for the stock ECM with a new TTS
Relocated my Shotgun switches to the console
Installed Kuryakyn Mk IV Cruise Arms
Sent my heads to Hillside for port/polish, 1.90 intake valves and treatment, ACRs
Obtained exchange jugs, Wiseco 10:1 flat tops, from Hillside
Sent my throttle body to HPI for rework
Put it all back together
Getting ready to take it to Dyno Bob (RC Cycles) for his magic dyno treatment

Thanks! Your 'Bones is looking nice too!
Re: the bars...I was originally thinking of going with some Carlinis, but was really concerned about the width of the bars and hitting the tank at full lock.
The LA Choppers are so narrow at the bottom, not only do they match perfectly to the fork, but they allowed me to retain 1.5" risers so as to not lift the bars above the tank; even with the Carlini FSAP2, which pushes the bars back about an inch.
