turnd over but wont fire

I have a 1990 sportster and well out on a ride the bike shut down, still had power lights etc but will not start. I have check for spark and there is non and just changed the coil and still have no spark but the bike cranks????. Very confused any ideas. Thanks

Check all electrical...start with "KISS" rule(Keep It Simple Stupid). Start with fuses and work your way to spark plugs, you will find what's broken, could be something as simple as broken ground wire or as complicated as bad stator. Bazzhead is right...check with the sporty guys..they know better.
