I got er back there tonite but then once I buttoned it up I noticed my tmax didn't look at home in there. I just don't think I wanna fork out the cash for another battery but would be more comfortable if it was under my seat. I'll sleep on it. Thanks for your help.

Miltey, I'm running a Tmax and mounted mine behind the oil tank. I loosened the bolts for the fuse box, unbolted the oil tank and seat post in front of the oil tank. It's a PIA but it can be done...it took me two weekends of moving stuff and trying different things before I got it right. PM me if you want to pick my brain I'll give you my number.
