I have an 09 Heritage Classic & the left front signal light is a little wonky. It flashes when using signal switch, but does not stay on as a running light. I checked the bulb & it seems to be ok. Wire problem maybe, or maybe just need a new bulb?
My guess would be too new of a bike to develop electrical problems unless someone has modified something and human error. Pop the lens take a look see at the terminals and test the circuit with a VOM. I always use a little dielectric grease when replacing bulbs.
had a similar issue with my Ultra. The bulb was just not making good contact with the socket and I cleaned it up and put it back in. It has worked ever since.

check your right switch housing on the handlebars, there is a small switch button that MUST be compressed or pushed all the way in or the turn signals go wacky. Fixed my same problem. The switch is in the swicth housing and its post pokes out to meet the hand brake lever assembly on the right side. good luck
Front turn signal/running light blubs are double filament bulbs. When you checked it, did you make sure both filaments were intact? If so, I would check for voltage at the contacts inside the socket.
