You must be looking at complete forward control kit. The extensions are just plates, a brake line, and shifter rod.
Go to EBay. The Ness extensions sell for $150-$175. 2" and 3" versions. Some are chrome, some black. I'm also 6'1". Haven't done it for fear of legs too far out and getting stuck in one position on a long trip. If you do it, let us know.
