My bike is a 2011 Fat Boy Lo. The only upgrade I've done is Vance Hines slip on mufflers. I would like to do several performance type upgrades to give the bike a mild performance boost. I ride the bike to work, and short day trips on the weekend. I don't do much as far as distance long haul travel. Mostly around town and mild mountain road rides.
My budget requires I do performance upgrades one at a time. So my question is this.... what order do I do them in. Here is my guess at the order:
1. Exhaust (done)
2. Power Commander
3. Air Cleaner
4. Cams
5. Big Bore Kit
The order you have is good. You need the controller before the air cleaner. You can go with some decent cams first and then add the big bore if you decide you still need more power.
