Extended Passenger Pegs

I am looking for a 'Extended Passenger Pegs' or mounts that allow the passenger to extend their legs...

I've heard Kuryakyn Adjustable Passenger Pegs are good, but not sure if they would fit on a fatboy with radius pipes?

Are there any other options?

yes but they dont fit with V&H big radius pipes...

PEG MOUNTED CRUISE MOUNTS with Male Adapters might be the way to go, has anyone used these?
