Anyone runnin
a 3/4 Outlaw Retro bucket with built in hifi? Hows the thing fit on the skull? Dont want the ******** look! Hows the speakers sound? Pics? Im diggin the speakers and not having to deal with head phones. I see everyone talking about several different 3/4 helmets but I like the idea of speakers.

Yeah I am really on the fence about buying a 3/4. Its already getting warm here (mid 80s next wk) and with summer coming I am not sure how hot it will be or if I'll wear it. Dunno what to do.

Here is a pic of me and the OL with Daytona 3/4 helemts. Believe mine is a large, hers is small. Personally I don't think they get too hot even without vents in the summer. We live in Oklahoma, it gets pretty hot here. If you are wanting internal speakers, at one point I got a pair of skull candy head phones (not ear buds) and broke the braket off and velcroed the speakers inside the helmet and secured the excess wire inside as well. I also velcroed my ipod shuffle to the left side of the helmet. Works pretty well for running to and from work and around town. You may want to consider a size up when doing this for better comfort possibly. Never went a size up, but occasionally the speakers bothered me some, no pain, just didn't sit right all the time. Yes mine is metal flake & black, I used to have a shiney black motorcycle...it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I like the look of those helmets. I just got an email today from the place I ordered mine from saying they were out of stock and so is Daytona on the dull black. That sucks. I like the Idea of the skull candy head phones. I was thinking if it is to tight just carve out the foam to make them fit better. Thanks for the Idea.

I wore my 3/4 all year down there, its fine. The Rockhard has that "mouisture wicking" material for the liner as well....
