I'm not sure what you are looking at bro. Do you have an after market rear fender and strut kit? If not, the fender is already slammed to the tire and a lower suspension won't help.
i have the stock rear fender. but as ive seen if you chop it off right above the wheel it is left with a couple of inches of clearance above the wheel. Just wanting to get rid of that.
Since it's mounted to the swing arm, you'd need to or have someone extend the upper and lower fender mounts to get the fender to sit closer above the tire.
Some have changed out the rear fender on their Crossbones to a close hugging swing arm mounted one. Very nice look once done.
