Beware of what you're getting into Raf (and the cost to ship to you lol). The Rocker fender is too wide for a 200mm and the tubes on the swingarm are ovaled making it difficult to bolt aftermarket stuff to it (and you will have to cut both because they're set up for a 240mm). Too much modification to fit your ride IMHO.

Now besides the wheels and swing arm can anyone tell me what will not bolt over. I'm thinking along the lines of brakes, pulley, discs and suspension. Will there be any issues bolting the swing arm on to the back of my 07 Fattie?
