Changes in FLSTC from 1994-2000
Cannot find answer anywhere and my dealer is no help...
Many parts say fit 2000 and up FLSTC,,, but what is the difference for parts such as saddle bag guards?
Did HD change the frame that much from 1994-2000?
I am on my 2nd 94 FLSTC,, like the EVO,,,but wondering what changes were done outside of engine and controls..

2000, 1 st year for twin cam.
Re-designed framed to accomodate the newer
eng/trans design(No seat post). Other differences
too. The 2000 up frame is beefed up.Better brake calipers.
Some earlier parts interchange.
Eng & Trans are more intigral(Spl/Chk)
Rear shocks have better frame bushings.
Same overal susp & "ride" as an 86 . . . But,
Smoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooth. Minimal vibes.
Although, the 90's Evo's ran pretty damn smooth.
