I think the bike looks pretty sweet,, Im guessing the angle of the fairing is to deflect more wind around the rider.

Smile Why?

Well because a Fatboy fits me mucho better than a Road Glide does. I know because I've had both. I don't have the fairing on my Fatboy but I really did like that part about the Road Glide and was the reason I bought it. I just got tired of tip toeing around because God gave me more body than legs and a 29" inseam sucks on a dresser(plus two knee replacements). And ya...ya....ya about short people on dressers but back up over a hump in gravel or stick your foot in some sand after a good rain and it's tricky. Dought I'll ever invest that much money putting a Road Glide fairing on my fatboy but If I was rich and wanted to play some day I would do it in a heartbeat as long as it didn't modify it to a point of no return. And the angle is changeable anyway. I had an 02 Road Glide and they changed the angle a few years later. I liked the angle better so I changed it. Not a big deal. So thats my story and .02 worth.
