I have the same problem at 6' 3''. I to got the kuryakan floorboard relocation kit, says they move you out and up one inch for around 80 bucks. I thought one inch isn't really gonna do much but I tell you it did make a big differance for me. Still feel like I'm too big for the bike and my feet hang off the front of the boards and the controls are to far back but it's rideable now. Also hate to change the seat and will probably get it shaved down to the bone in the back but found a tall seat rail and pad from a springer seat on ebay and now I don't feel the need to change the bars to apes. Next for me will be pipes. Good luck with your mods but these were the cheapest way and so far are working for me.
