Your bike looks great but I think the fairing needs bags to look balanced. I never give negative opinions on other peoples bikes. I love the SoCal look but if it were mine I would either add stretched hard bags or lose the fairing. I would also lower the front. But it is a killer looking ride. Good luck at the shows.

I think it looks great. The fairing makes it different from most and should get some attention. Good luck.

Other than small details, I would say its good to go. Can't tell if you've done this or not, but go to auto zone and get a bottle of duplicolor universal black 427 (i think that's the color) touch up paint and start hitting all of the nasty looking frame bolts you may see. Lay down on the ground and look at the frame. Any of the bolts that are visible. You will be AMAZED at what a visual impact that makes. I did it on the Crossbones and it made a huge difference. All those dingy fasteners they use to hold the controls on, stuff like that, virtually disappear. The duplicolor universal black is real close to the gloss black of the frame. Another option, although more pricey, is the touch up pen through HD of "frame paint" it doesn't last nearly as long though. I am not taking any credit for this btw, it was on here a while back, posted by a guy who details bikes for shows....

As for the fairing, leave it. It definitely sets your bike apart.
