HELP - Fuel Moto 107 install

Sorry its taken me awhile to get back. Yes, I do have manners, but sometimes being in the MILITARY takes you away from your cozy home and laptop for days at a time. I thank you all for your suggestions. Anyway, I did figure out the compression issue. I didn't even think about it until after I put the top end back together the second time, but I never clearanced the rocker covers for the roller rockers. As soon as I would put the upper rocker cover in place, it would keep the valves open and thereby no compression. I clearanced the covers and have tons of compression now. The engine runs great now except I have a knocking sound, that sounds like its coming from the front cylinder. I took the rocker covers off to make sure the rockers weren't hitting them and I readjusted the push rods. I still have the knock. You can here it from idle all the way up to a couple thousand rpm and then it goes away. Now with that being said, I will not ask for any advice, since I have no manners.....

Guess we struck a nerve. Poor thing thinks he's the only military man on here. Probably half or more here are vets. We know a little bit about sacrifice too, I know personally what its like to be away, and I can tell you it's harder when you have kids home waiting for you to get back. Harder than that is facing the kids and wives who's daddy's didn't make it back. Don't whine your sad pathetic little song to us, you're not alone unless you want to be.
Yup. Glad he got it fixed, but...
