Few things for me on an other-wise outstanding bike: Air cleaner, relocate your license plate to lower fender and with those long pipes, you might want to lower the front a bit so they don't angle down so much when slammed (I see you mentioned the front lowering...).
That's really nit-picking though. Other than that, I love it.
Lots of folks saying to change the front end to chrome. I don't agree.
BUT, you should consider finishing the front end. Blackout the lights and mounts for them. If anything, maybe keep the chrome rings, but black would look good too.
Also, like Chap said, put some WWW's on there. IMHO, a Deluxe with blackwalls just looks off.
Other than those things, you got a sick looking sled there.
+100000000 on the white walls. The problem ( not really a problem) is that you don't have any contrast between the wheel and the tire. White walls would fix it and make the wheels stand out.
2nd if your going with the black theme maybe powder the pipes black
Bike is really nice, but it needs contrast to point out the beauty
To mirror some of the comments above, I've just never been a fan of the aesthetics of that type of air cleaner, so I think that would improve things.
Second, I think it looks like you haven't really committed one way or the other with chrome or blacked-out. Some chrome on blacked-out bikes look really good, and vice-versa, but maybe you haven't hit the right balance with that yet. Hence the comments about the chrome front end, or wheels, etc.
Takes ***** to ask for opinions on this forum. Good on ya!
Also, a disclaimer. I can't even seem to match my clothes so take my opinion for what it's worth (a plug nickle).
I think you can get away with a lot of different things based on the style of the bike but would try to make it fit what you really like else you end up spending tons of money re-doing things later.
Ok, my opinion regarding your already great looking ride. I think with the bike looks LONG with those pipes and in my mind, a long bike equates to a lowered bike. I'd also lower the handlebars and possibly flare the fenders to help with the overall look.
