2012 FLSTF handlebar question

Could anyone tell me if the 2012 stock 1.25" bars taper to 1" at the riser or maintain tha 1.25"? Want to replace them and not make a mistake. Thanks!

Nope, the stock bars do not taper. The riser is for a 1.25 bar.
