Default 2nd bike suggestions?

Well guys, I am going to be in the market for a second bike here in a month or so. Looking for input on what you guys think I should get. I am hard bagging the fat boy lo, and going to use it for more of a touring long haul purpose, so I need something for day trips/around town crusing aka my "cool" bike. Now it doesn't have to be softail, but I am sure everyone in here will be preferetial to that variety. I like the softail slim a lot, but I already have the lo, which is pretty much "half" of the slim already. My other two options are the street bob and the blackline. The blackline has the 103b vs the 96 in the bob. Both bikes weight almost identical at around 635 lbs. close to same length, both bikes have pegs but I do perfer the factory forward controls on the blackline. However the bob cost almost 3K less to start with, thats a sizeable budget for immediate mode, could go 107 w/ cams, tuner, pipes with change left over. Let me know what you guys think please!

As soon as I pick up my 2012 Electra Glide Ultra Limited, I'll have my 2000 Honda Shadow 1100 ACE tourer with only 28,000 miles for sale..... LOL!

If I wanted (not wanted.....everyone wants......had money for) a second bike just to ride in town my first pick would be a Rocker. I'm not sure how they are on long hauls but they look bad *** cruising the streets. Didn't say it had to be new!

Streetbob is a great bike for shorter trips and around town. Very quick and agile. It is an absolute blast to ride. It also does decent on longer trips too.

For $3k less compared to other bikes, you can certainly do some motor work to match the 103 and probably still have some $$ leftover.

If your going for your second bike for around town look for older bike thats in the money take it tear it down and make it yours! You wont be sorry if you build you own bar hopper.I don't mean after market frame bike i mean harley titled bike that is a classic some thing you can go out and have people come up to you and compliment you on your work. You might say that will take to long but it only takes as long as you can spend the money! Just my 2 cents!!
