Default Vibrating passenger peg

I have a 2012 Fatboy Lo. My wife has a problem with the passenger pegs. She says the right hand side peg vibrates so much her foot goes numb. The left peg vibrates a little, but not nearly as much as the right.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone guess as to why there is so much vibration? This really sucks because she loves to ride on the back of my bikes.

Not sure. But floor boards might be more comfortable for her.

Are you running the stock pipes? I see the right peg mounts between them. I'd look to see that neither pipe is making contact with the peg or mount.

If not, maybe the seat/leg position is apply pressure causing poor circulation on her right leg?

Same place I'd go, stock pipes can do that

Yup, the right passenger peg mounts on the support plate from the exhaust. That's what is causing the vibrations.

HD used to sell those extra big rubbers to put on those pegs - had them on my FXRS, they take some of the vibration away.

Found them in the catalog. They are called "Anti-Vibration-Style Footpegs"

I put the "mini floorboards" on for her... basically they are just a flat footpeg.... Are you suggesting that there is a way to put on real floorboards for her?

Wifey keeps asking for floorbards.
If mount is shared by exhaust bracket,
am I gonna get the same vibration?
I'd hate to spend all that money and end
up with the same problem.
